Meet Gazhi, the dedicated owner of his Barbershop of 4 years in Goodna, Brisbane. When I posed this question to him, his initial reaction was one of doubt. Gaz was blown away. This simple yet effective plan from his apprentice highlighted the importance of staying open-minded and adaptable. In these challenging times, innovation is key to not just surviving, but thriving.
